At Al Fahd, we believe that true conditioning of the body can only occur with a combination of cardiovascular, strength and functional training.  Whether your goal is to lose weight, to tone up, build muscle or simply improve overall health, our Personal Trainers will guide you to ensure you get the results you want through a combination of different types of exercises.

We have two floors:  the cardiovascular floor and the strength and functional training floor.

The Cardiovascular Training Floor

This floor includes treadmills, cross-trainers, upright-bikes, recumbant-bikes, steppers, rower and the Group Exercise Studio (see Classes for more info).

The Strength and Functional Training Floor

This floor includes weight machines for every muscle group of your body, a large freeweights area, boxing bag and SparBar, table tennis, TRX, the exclusive Octagon Crossfit rig, battle rope and various Freestyle training equipment such as medicine balls, bulgarian bags and core bags.  In other words – a huge variety of the latest and most effective fitness equipment from around the world!

Personal Trainers

At Al Fahd we have experienced professional trainers for both ladies and gents.  Our strong focus on customer service means that every member receives guidance from our trainers whilst on the gym floors.  Our staff are always on hand to make sure you are working out effectively and safely.

We also offer a free Monthly Fitness Checkup to all members on the first Monday and Tuesday of each month, where we measure and discuss your workout goals, routine and progress.  This is a walk-in clinic and is designed to ensure that our members are achieving results while with us.  This is just one of the ways in which Al Fahd goes to great lengths to ensure its members experience improved levels of fitness after joining us.

One-to-One Personal Training

If you would like intensive supervision, guidance and support while training, then One-to-One Personal Training is an optional extra that we offer at Al Fahd.  Hiring a Personal Trainer can be a superb source of motivation and you will receive a customised training programme and diet plan that corresponds with your goals.  A Personal Trainer will be with you through every exercise to ensure that your posture is correct and that exertion is being put on the intended muscles during each movement.


TRX is an exciting functional training tool developed by a former US Navy Seal, which uses TRX Suspension Trainers to facilitate hundreds of bodyweight exercises that develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

Capacity culled from the intersection of all sports demands would quite logically lend itself well to all sport. In sum, our specialty is not specializing.”1 The Functional movements that will be utilized are the ones we use in both sport and our daily activities: Running, Jumping, Squatting, Lunging, Pushing, and Pulling.


The Octagon is a multi-purpose fitness rig that allows 12 people to work out at the same time, delivering short, fast and effective whole-body 360 degree workouts to give you accelerated fitness results.  It is the latest Crossfit-style functional training setup which we are proud to be exclusively offering in Faisalabad.


The SparBar is an innovative boxing and fitness device which is a truly groundbreaking product, teaching core fundamental boxing skills, developing hand eye coordination, footwork, balance, speed, stamina, accuracy and power simulating realistic sparing in a safe environment.

Lockers, Showers and Towels

Want to work out and leave ready and refreshed?  No problem!  We have hygienic shower facilities and over 100 lockers with hangers to store your clothes, bags and shoes. We have an in-house Towel Counter, to provide you with a small towel for use during your workout and a large towel to use in the Spa or after showering – so no need to worry about carrying a towel with you to the Club.

Makaveli Café

A luxurious café and lounge exclusively for Club members only, Makaveli Café offers a wide range of fresh seasonal juices, thick milkshakes, nutritious protein shakes, delicious sandwiches, tea, coffee and much more. A great place to unwind after your workout, whether you would like to socialise with friends, watch TV or read the day’s newspaper, we have all your requirements covered under one roof.
