We conduct six classes a day, one in the morning during mixed timings, three in the morning and afternoon during ladies timings and two in the evening during mixed timings.

Spinning is a group cycling class conducted on exercise bikes with intermittent body-weight exercises mixed in between.  A demanding class which is great for burning fat and building endurance.

A class that does exactly what it says!  Ab-Blaster is an intense class focusing entirely on the abdominal muscles to help strengthen your core and flatten that stomach.

Circuit Training


A circuit is a complete circle made up of different exercise stations.  Each exercise is performed for a set period of time before moving on to the next station.  Using high-intensity aerobics, Circuit Training targets strength building and muscular endurance.
